Ideas on your deck installation must be careflly thought through before we design or install your deck. Factors including the sun, ground, children, barbecues etc. should all be considered when deciding on the specification and positioning of your deck

The materials used by Lowdermilk Contracts are always of the highest standard and are Real American quality. The fixtures and fastenings used are the most durable available.

We can advise if your planned deck requires you to seek planning permission prior to construction.

A water repellent coating, may be used to improve deck performance by helping to reduce the occurrance of small cracks. If used, water repellents should be applied every other year - preferably at the end of summer. It is now possible to specify decking timbers that include water repellents as part of the pressure pre-treatment process.
